Every piece is made and dispatched from our workshop in Soho, London.
Delivery costs
- United Kingdom: £5.99
- European Union: £14.99
- Rest of the world: £23.99
The delivery cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.
When your order will be sent
Ready-to-wear pieces are usually dispatched within 5–7 working days. We'll email you as soon as your order is on its way, with tracking details where available.
Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are made for you by hand, so the timescale depends on the piece. We'll confirm an estimated completion date when you order and keep you updated if anything changes.
How your order is sent
Every piece is sent fully insured, via Royal Mail within the UK and DHL abroad.
International orders
Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges in the destination country. These are set by your local customs office, are not included in our prices or delivery costs, and are payable by the recipient. Customs checks can occasionally delay delivery.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel hasn't arrived when expected, or arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can help put it right.
